There is nothing like fresh free range eggs on the table ! Get back in touch with nature and discover the joy of keeping chickens. This hands on session will cover the essentials you need to know to safely keep chickens. Course tutor Lisa Mundle will help you:
* Learn the basics of raising chickens
* Discover which breeds of chickens are best suited for your needs
* Learn all about chicken feed, housing and equipment
* Determine how to identify and treat common ailments
