Moelyci Farm comprises 92 acres of in-bye land with a farmhouse and several substantial outbuildings. To the south of the farm is a further 38 acres of ffridd and 217 acres of heather moorland. The Centre will use the land for the development of the different projects that will be run by the IPS and the buildings will be converted into meeting rooms, workrooms, storerooms and living quarters. The buildings will provide the Centre with a place in which members of the community can meet for talks, courses or for socialising.
